• Patients with schizophrenia who are either drug-resistant or experience severe extraphyramidal system side effects (especially, tardive dyskinesia)
• Reduces the risk of suicidal behavior in patients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorders who are believed to have the risk of suicidal behavior given medical history and recent clinical conditions.
